We return to Totara Park for Term 3 School Holidays, a journey on the Totara Park mountain bike trail network which includes grade 2 & 3 trails

Duration: 9am – 12pm (3 hours)
Drop off & Pick up Location: Redoubt Rd Totara Park Carpark, Flat Bush

Forest to Beach Ride (new date soon)

Journey by bike through Maraetai Forest and all the way to the Beach, taking in some grade 2/3 trails along the way and fun on the gravel roads. A bike journey like no other! Great for those who haven’t done a lot of mountain biking before.

Duration: 9am – 12pm (3 hours)
Drop Off Location: end of Okaroro Rd, Beachlands
Pick Up Location: next to Maraetai Beach Wharf

All sessions your children:

Will be given coaching tips ie changing gears, looking, braking, body positioning
Suitable for 8-12 year olds
Be well looked after by Janet & Kelvin both qualified instructors with current first aid certificates
Your child must have a bike suitable for riding on trails with working gears and brakes
Children must be riding a 24″ wheel size or above to attend this ride
We will be riding on grade 2 trails & gravel roads with hill climbs, we may add in grade 3 trail experience depending on group ability.
Please note there is a small section of road riding in the Forest to Beach Session, this will be managed in the correct cycle skills manner and ratios
Dinosaur lollies are part of the morning for all sessions!
